Yudi Riyanto S.H., SE., LL.M., BKP

Yudi Riyanto S.H., SE., LL.M., BKP, is a Managing Partner of Leika Partnership with a broad range of expertise in advising local and international clients. His area focuses on commercial litigation, general corporate, international trade, tax litigation, and tax advisory matters.

Before joining the firm, he was working for HHP Law Firm (a member firm of Baker McKenzie International). During his professional experience, he is actively involved in several prominent cases. For instance, he successfully represented one of the leading oil and gas companies in the tax court and supreme court level. Some of the cases are used to be the key landmark cases in Indonesia. He also successfully assisted several clients in commercial litigation matters..

Yudi graduated from Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia and also got an additional economic degree soon after that, which bring him as a lawyer that may provide services based on legal and commercial perspective. He has also completed an advanced master program in International Civil and Commercial Law from Leiden University.

Yudi is a member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and Indonesian Tax Consultant Association (IKPI).
